Happy New Year. The PENPEX committee hopes that you were able to attend PENPEX 2014 on Dec. 6 & 7 as it was a great show. The 17 dealers were well stocked with lots of material, the silent auction had attractive items, and the exhibits were top notch. The USPS was there both days.
PENPEX has been working for the past year and half on becoming a 501c3 organization. On Dec. 23, we received a letter from the IRS, notifying us of your tax exempt status. This means that donors can deduct contributions they make to PENPEX under Internal Revenue Code Section 170. PENPEX also qualifies to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
We hope that the stamp collecting hobby lives forever. May enjoy your collecting endeavor.
